I entered employment with Illuminati Online/Pyranet, LLC in 1994, in the role of technical support. I left employment by being fired (not-for-cause, according to the Texas Workforce Commission.) At the time that I was no-longer employed, I was, and continue-to-be, a five-percent owner of IOCOM Corp stock.
Internet Gateway/CIR Wireless/RyteByte/Grayce.Net: (merged with PrismNet in 2004)
I entered employment with Internet Gateway initially as a consultant, and fianlly as a full-time epmployee in Dec. (insert year, here!)
After a couple of years f full time employment, re-networking most of their equipment (specifically, collocation servers, their main mail/web/DNS servers, all T1s, cisco routers, etc.) they then merged with PrismNet (who had just-recently acquired the majority of the assetts of IOCOM Corp/etc.)
